1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the CMFD-IFMP Learning Management System ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, including a valid email address and mobile number where required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account. Accounts are intended for individual use and must not be shared with another person.
3. Course Access and Enrollment
Access to courses and learning programs is subject to the applicable enrollment requirements.
Free courses may become available upon successful enrollment. Paid, restricted, or institution-specific programs may require payment verification, approval, eligibility verification, or other requirements before access is granted.
Course access periods, enrollment validity, prerequisites, and completion requirements may vary by program and will be communicated where applicable.
4. Fees and Payments
Where a course or program requires payment, the applicable fee and available payment method will be communicated during registration or enrollment.
Course access may remain pending until the required payment has been successfully received and verified.
Submission of false, altered, fraudulent, or misleading payment information may result in rejection of enrollment, suspension of the account, or other appropriate action.
5. Assessments and Certificates
Courses may include quizzes, examinations, assignments, assessments, or other completion requirements.
Certificates may be issued only after the learner successfully meets the applicable course requirements, including completion, assessment, attendance, or passing criteria where required.
CMFD-IFMP reserves the right to withhold, correct, cancel, or revoke a certificate where it has been issued in error, obtained through misrepresentation or fraudulent activity, or where applicable requirements were not satisfied.
6. User Conduct and Academic Integrity
Users must use the Platform responsibly and maintain academic and professional integrity.
You must not share your account credentials, provide unauthorized access to another person, copy or redistribute protected course materials, manipulate learning progress, misuse assessments, impersonate another learner, or attempt to circumvent examination, security, or integrity controls.
Violations may result in restriction or suspension of access and, where appropriate, cancellation of course enrollment or certification.
7. Intellectual Property
Course materials available through CMFD-IFMP, including videos, presentations, documents, assessments, graphics, and other educational resources, may be protected by intellectual property rights.
Access to such materials is provided for authorized educational use only. Materials must not be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, recorded, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
8. Platform Availability
CMFD-IFMP aims to provide reliable access to the Platform; however, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9. Changes to Courses and Platform
CMFD-IFMP may update course content, assessments, learning resources, schedules, features, eligibility requirements, or other Platform components where necessary to maintain educational quality, accuracy, security, or operational requirements.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in Platform functionality, programs, policies, or applicable requirements.
Continued use of the Platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
